The Training Community is an intentional, missional discipleship community that journeys into a discovery of the nature and character of God and how to artfully apply ourselves to the work of advancing His Kingdom.

We believe that the chief end of discipleship is Christ-likeness. God the Father dreams of incarnating the life of His Son in us individually, while weaving us together corporately by the Spirit. It is then, through our lives, that He brings to pass His purposes on earth.

The specific dreams of God for our lives are discovered with a natural process of relationship with Him and one another. This is why we are, by design, a discipleship community and not just a training school. We are an extended family committed to God and to one another, and this is the strength of what we offer.

We invite you to a three-year engagement, where together we pursue Jesus, grow up into His likeness, and participate in His love for the world.
